Next generation sport therapy

The alinus method is a revolutionary therapy for establishing, improving and maintaining an individual’s desired motor functionality. This method corrects motor function impairment, whether genetic or acquired via injury and damage. It was developed over twenty years of scientific work under the direction of Franz Leberbauer and is used in world-class sports as well as in the health sector.

Our vision

Restoration of natural motor function for everyone

We want to make our system for freedom from pain, resilience and performance accessible to everyone. We want to help people to take control of their health and fitness, as well as establish, improve and maintain motor function. We begin where other therapists have reached their limits.

NEW: The alinus app

App enables therapy-accompanying training from home

The alinus training program is now available to our customers in the form of a training app. This means that continuous training between sessions with our on-site trainers is easily possible from home! The alinus app is Franz Leberbauer’s virtual memory: it consists of about 35,000 exercises for different areas of the body (e.g. knee, shoulder, back, etc.) from which millions of exercise combinations can be derived. The foundation for this is Leberbauer’s knowledge of the human body, which is based on science.

Depending on the patient’s current state of health and injuries or limitations, the software selects appropriate exercises using a standardized survey procedure during the first appointment at one of our alinus Institutes. These are then performed under the guidance of a sports therapist. At the end of each session, the therapist selects appropriate exercises for home. The customer can retrieve and perform these easily via app until the next appointment. In addition to instruction videos, the app contains information about the region being trained and information about training equipment.

For who is the alinus method suitable?

Private individuals rehabilitating after injuries or for preserving physical motor functions.
Amateur athletes for the prevention of injuries and to improve performance.
Top athletes for the prevention of injuries and for performance enhancement.
